Nat Rothschild has enough to do without being chairman of a non-transparent goggolith smitten with coal dust. That Bakrie have reduced their holding to another Indonesian entity makes zip difference to Nat's holding, even helps it as the new entity has every reason and ability to push the co as much as the Bakrie's want and do.

One way or another BUMI is going to have to comply with LSE transparency rules and that is what Nat wanted so even though the Indonesians say they have won and have saved face, it is Nat's victory imv :) and a good example of the way he achieves things.

This has no impact on Bakrie PAX interests btw except Bakrie have freed up some money to pay down debt.
