BAL announcement likely on 14Dec

BAL made a announcement on 2nd December. It was a downgrade to previous guidance because the actual sales from BAL's 11/11 sales promotion were much lower than expected by the management. This resulted in a big drop in the share price.

BAL went into trading halt again on the morning of 12th Dec. In my opinion, BAL will make an announcement on Wednesday 14th Dec in the morning. The company is waiting for results of its 12/12 sales promotion.

If 12/12 sales are more than 10% lower than expected by the management - there will be another guidance downgrade for FY17 and share price will drop 10-20% in the morning but recover later in the day to close only slightly 3-5% down for the day.

If 12/12 sales are within the range expected by the management - the management will reaffirm the guidance for FY17 and share price will go 3-5% in the morning but drop later in the day to close flat or slightly lower for the day.
