BAL needs cash badly now, anyone who wants to takeover the company will let it fall further before considering making a move. The company will spend lots of effort to overhaul supplier relationships/contracts and preparing for potential shareholder class actions and run down the inventory and deal with the changeover in management and leadership team, etc etc. Plenty of uncertainties...stay away for now I think..
