    #clawback -  Great performance in FY16 Laura, time for a pay rise!   Pity it was unsustainable and involved significant channel stuffing to pump up the numbers...

    I think she is well deserving of remuneration package well below that of her peers to be honest!

    I'm also glad she has personally made about $25mill in the last two years out of BAL, and still gets to keep her $500k+ p.a job.  It's good at the top isn't it?
