This is a little left field but............. there's conspiracy theories around SAMR approval being held back/not issued for BAL by the Chinese government which has effected the SP (for BAL) which has made BAL a cheap buy.... If there's any truth to the matter (and we'll never know) and BAL is grant SAMR in the near future then I reckon that BUB will get it at the same time... This in turn will deflect thoughts of conspiracy as the Chinese grant multiple approvals at the same time.... Appreciate it's a long bow but it's something that I would do.....
