IMO - too early to make a call.. In a sustained down trend, has attempted to push up but need confirmation, could be forming a cup and handle on the weekly, but at the moment looks like a lot of consolidation. I have support at $6.90 and resistance at $12.60. I'd want to see the current price be the new low, i.e. a higher low than the previous low - before calling an upswing.
