so interesting to see the opposing views on BAL. both have a case - shorters knock it down, it finds a level where longs draw a line in the sand, positive news forces big short covering rally. cycle repeats. my levels to buy back in are 10.20 then 9.70. shorters will get squeezed even harder next run. $14-16 is next major upside target.
