In response to Frederik, the only thing that is serious here is the current state of the transaction. Clearly the funds have not hit the SEN account for any number of reasons and I would suggest that once they do, an announcement will be made accordingly and the suspension will be lifted. It really is not worth speculating but conversely, if the transaction does not crystallise (which has to now be considered a possibility given the time lapse), SEN will need to advise the ASX and then the suspension should be lifted similarly. I think that the more interesting discussion point here is exactly how long SEN can remain suspended under this "transaction pending" tag. Surely in a free market, the company management can not let the suspension continue for too much longer and in the event that the transaction is not executed shortly, will need to advise the ASX of the commercial impact and then allow the company to trade once again, irrespective of the short term impact of the share price either up or down. There is no doubt that SEN management in the past have not shown themselves to having a sound grasp of the finer points of running a public company so expect the unexpected! The bottom line is that the company business model is more than sound and the sooner a corporate structure is put in place that reduces the ongoing management input of SEN personel, the better. In fact, it is my view that this is the only way the SEN share price will move toward $1.
