I don’t believe the price action has anything to do with 2018 earnings
The price action is all about 2019 earnings
Will the earnings grow in 2019 and if so by how much
Will earnings be 40 50 60 or 70 cents ?
The uncertainty on CFDA and possible cooling in sales due to a China slowdown is putting pressure on the price... the mkt hates uncertainty
I am a buyer and continue to hold as I have confidence in mgnt, believe in the product and believe China long term demand for baby formula will only increase in time
