    As I mentioned several times when the shares where over $12

    Bal is not cheap is highly volatile and should be considered a speculative buy.

    Those of you raving that the share price was cheap at $13 $12 $11 etc should be embarrassed.

    Reasonable price to buy in would be around the $8 mark and don't invest to much of your capital.
