Looks like Norges Bank is responsible for most of the selling pressure. These are the recent buys and sales. They have gone from 6.85% to 5.05% in 1 week and continuing to put pressure in September. All other stakeholders upping their shares.

Norges Bank never hold bal. They just borrow the shares and sell. Then buy back the shares at low and payback. Does Norges bank normally shorting shares? I thought it was long term investor.
