I think Bal used to work when A2 wasn't in the IF space. At the time Bal could sell everything regardless what it did. Then you got a real player in the game and Bal started to get most things wrong while A2 got everything right, multi-channel, marketing etc and etc. If i'm the captain I'll give order to abandon the Bal ship.
Oh, now it's planning to double it's marketing expenditure in the 2nd half. Why don't bal just hand over their scrap to someone who knows what they were doing?
