For the paltry amount Bal contributed it would have been a community based way of sponsorship/promotion. 

Sorry to say it is a quasi national competition, in so far as it competes against sides in "South East Australia" not just Tasmania, so potential exposure, and further, PAT, I did not point to the companies health. The market is doing that perfectly well through the mechanism called the Australian Stock Exchange.

All I have noted is that many have gone quite on this stock (prominent posters here) that were heavily backing you long term holders.
