Now in 2018, no announcement of CFDA submission, (previous guidance was this would occur before end of year) one could speculate that, the Camperdown plant is taking longer than expected to operate within the guidelines required by CFDA. Or other challenges exist in relation to the raw ingredient souring and compliance under the submission.
