Look at recent change in substantial holder. Fil is buying extra 2 mil shares around $13-$14 few weeks before the announcement tells you something isn't? They already knew something that we dont.
Look at a2m chart. Bal chart will behave the same this time. This announcement will be the odd one out of all.
