I bought BAL @$4, the major risk concerns me is class action related, other than that, I'm comfortable at this price even it has 6months inventory and out of cash.
The fact that company does not produce by themselves , has benefits and negative impacts on the cost, can anyone tell me their opinion on this?
The Brand name has been successful, and I consider it is the most important asset and competitiveness for any food&drink company, it makes up the value of a company's ability of generating future cash flow, as long as the brand quality reminds, I will be at least confident in their income aspect.
The IF formulas is a sustainable industry, if the company survive through coming couple years, I see return on this investment is worth while.
As individual investors, most of us couldn't have sufficient information to make better judgement, I just try to take a good price when a "good" company of a good industry has trouble.
