BAL soon to be added into the ASX200

Last quarter BAL was added to the ASX 300 with a few other stocks.

Last quarter we saw the following firms added to the asx200:

MTR - 1.14bil (ASX 200)
MYO - 1.93bil (ASX 200)

BAL - 900mil (ASX 300)

What does this mean for shareholders?
There are a number of investment companies which are prohibited from purchasing companies outside of the ASX200. Once BAL gets added to the asx200 a large number of institutions will have to adjust their portfolios

I expect to see a significant increase in demand from institutions once this is announced.
