Are we starting to see the rise of truly great Australian company. The brand recognition that Bellamys has generated in the last week alone has put it on the radar of the ordinary folk who have no interest in the market or shares or investing.
Sure there is a lot of hype at the moment which makes me a little uneasy...but...this is more than just selling formula to the masses.
This is, as a good friend of mine pointed out, all about TASMANIA and keeping everything from the cows(TasFoods) to the business location....the investors...the 2 largest ..Bruce Neill and Jan Cameron are from Tasmania. Rob Woolley..lives there so does Laura the CEO.
This gives Bellamys the Platform to go WORLDWIDE.....this brand recognition..made from Tasmanian cows...packaged and canned in Tasmania( when they build the factory with Fonterra).....one of the last pristine lands in the world.......its too good to be true...
A brand as well know around the world as Vegemite.......crazy.
