csl run started at 80c per share according to the chart- including the share splits. It is now $100 a share and $36bn market cap. at 80cent it was $300m mkt cap. or so.
BAL is now $1.2bn company. CSL had a lot of volatility during the epic run, just like BAL these days
BAL has the infinite china demand
Its very risky to sell BAL, incase it becomes 1/3 as good as CSL(7-8billion mkt cap or so, 1Bn sales). It wont get to CSL's market value, but illustrates the value of holding longer time periods, especially for high growth businesses.
