Hallo...to be honest with you...I don't trust AustralianSuper (AS) & the current management team.... this convertible note structure could be problematic down the line for other shareholders.... they can only convert it at ~A$1.00 ...so the fully diluted effect could be an addition 5% of equity for AS....that is why I am wary of this arrangement... and the reason why I think that management need to be replaced ASAP....
...but, have a look at my previous post if you need elucidation why I'm saying this...
BUT again, don't get me wrong...the company could be worth far more than US$400M in the right hands...which the annual report just reconfirmed...PWC/ auditors are usually super conservative with these kind of things... so easily >7/8 times today's price.....
...still my 2 cents...
