Australian Super could be their best friend , or their worst enemy !!!!
Having entered into the Convertible Note , on an unsecured basis ( ie not encumbering the Syrah assets in any way )could be seen as "benevolent" and support the "friend"basis ! On the other hand , they have the whip hand with stock ---and who knows whether they have been mpart of the short lending fiasco ( enemy basis ?????) .
The Price Waterhouse Coopers NVP to which you refer ---I looked in the Audit Report and can't seem to find it ?
Can you point me to the Specific page /para in the Annual Report released yesterday , for my own peace of mind .
I want to have a thorough look at the Annual Report in due course , particularly at expenses . I did see that three of the higher paid Execs in Currie , Morrissey and Schaeffer have recently exited Stage right !(P 41)
