I would be surprised if the Company hasn't considered some of the issues / strategies that you have raised.... in fact, the possibility of the gold ground being divested has already been flagged.

The Company is acutely aware of the negative side of raising capital (dilution), and will do all they can to ensure that any future dilution is minimised.

With respect to the fall in the share price, I think Europe may have had a little to do with that.
