427, why RIO and MAK? BHP spent a further $700m today on phase 2 of one of it's projects, and RIO are a similar size, I doubt they would even blink at Togo. It's a company maker for Balamara, but for RIO/BHP, it's chicken feed. Alas, if any of them have decided to go for the tender, we're pretty stuffed.
