Do you think the current media coverage (negative) would affect funds under management and hence income flows? I recal that when BT hit troubles they went from a 2 billison co. bought by Principal to a 800/900 million co. bought by Westpac.
If AMP derives most income from funds management this would appear to be at risk the more mums & dads lose confidence and move their money elsewhere.
However, I hope this is not the case and that AMP will be a great recovery story.
