yes relexivity is correct the residents buy in and the money is used for futher acquistions however Prime trust doesn't pay interest on the money to the resident htey are call whole of life leases they sometimes get a share of the capital growth when they leave or older ones only get back what they paid for them and the trust pockets the growth after renovations are completed
This is an excellant investment yielding 18% tax deferred
I personally have visited 8 of these and are very iimpressed with their operation.
