What with motley fool's endless ramping I figure we might as well have a thread to see the other side of things and gain a better understanding of the company we're invested in. We should all benefit from hearing alternative viewpoints.
So share your opinions on the potential risks facing RFF if you know of any.
Two that I have identified:
1. Interest rate risk
2. Macro events affecting our tenants and their ability to pay their rent
