.....adding to this, for petes' sake, RFF's tenants are mostly the previous owners of said properties or highly experienced proven track record producers specialising in their field, so the risk of them not being able to pay the rent is minimal.
They are the experts of their field of agricultural production.
There are lease agreements in place which have to be honoured. Its not like domestic rentals of residential property where a tenant just makes a runner (I'm sure Pete understands this?) These are commercial agreements which is a whole different story.
