balanced Index Fund Investment, page-6

Yes, sorry I am talking about LIC and Yes, i understand their is no single investment that would duplicate a fund like the Host Plus one.  Im looking for something similar that would diversify my exposure and offer a dividend over an extended period of time.  Hope that makes sense.

The reason why i am looking LIC's is the the ability to able to buy and sell through my brokerage, I also understand that ETF and LIC both have pros and cons and often have different mandates.  Eg: ETF are obligated to distribute dividends and LIC dividend distribution decision is up to directors.
