I think in current global financial matrix, a balanced portfolio of roof over yr head / cash / gold / "value" resources arks / nil debt is critical to survive and thrive in prep for resources supercycle/third primary ahead (prob from mid 09 onwards).
The Matrix is still unstable and u dont know which way but gotta admit, the US magicians so far are doing a great job even if means end of free market capitalism ... who cares ... actually globalisation implies global socialism.
Most important thing for the punter is he is still able to stay in the game and flow with the punches waiting for the opportune killer counter-punch.
gotta have a good sense of humour tho and do what suits you without fear of the dark and the noises in yr ear.
Good luck punters. I think / hope we are finally turning the corner and if we get back to realisatuion of potential on fundos, we have multiples of upside to look forward to. My question still ... who will be in control of the Bridge ? Thats a game still ahead and for which I cant wait haha.
CMR is sooo cheap relative to the rest IMO.
But I remain biased of course haha
Better start looking for the next one or two to get off the ground once the uncertainties are no longer. Hate boring stox once they go into earnings driven uptrend ... prefer the punts haha.
Wonder when Huntleys will remove the "spec" tag again ? Why wouldnt u be an investor from here given the uncertainties of the financial markets. I mean what a hedge it will soon confirm to be ... hopefully haha.
