Sorry to say this is not a balanced report.

The report basically implies that a plant, it's production process and everythign that comes with it can be derailed by "oops a misunderstanding" on definitions on what can be moved and how and when and where.

I am not professing to be an expert here at all, but to suggest there is now "confusion" or misunderstanding or imply the Govt and Lynas are not o nthe same page is disingenuous. The whole process from feed to product to treatment of by-product, where it goes and when has all been hashed out.

The only thing being recycled here is the misinformation and seemingly perpetual misunderstanding.

Someone, somewhere has their wires crossed and it has snowballed. I think the TH is the correct call and i am sure an announcement from Lynas will clarify the matter....hopefully in great detail.
