Oil Men Put Their Money on Break-Away Provinces


With a government that lacks the least control over its soil, Somalia is nonetheless attracting oil companies interested in its largely similar geography to Yemen's. But foreign investors are preferring to deal with the break-away governments of Somaliland and Puntland which are not only deemed more stable but boast a richer sub-soil than that of the central government.
