Directors from what i know cant buy within 2 weeks of an announcement.So if we do have good news, buying a few weeks ago exonerates him from insider dealings.I am a little perplexed that results are taking so long as are other investors out there looking how the share price has drifted backwards.I was very bullish on this stock but at the moment I am neutral.My only theory is that it is being held back so that PRU can organize themselves for their gain or the results have been leaked and are not as good as they are expecting.This is one stock that is very hard to read.
