This is very interesting news, the Balaton Holding Heidelberg is so old (founded 1991) that I did not expected them to continue in the maybe today to crowded investment business. They are still (2019) profitable with 3 Mio Euro (less than 2018) plus in spite of being very heavily invested in 100% owned shipping and software companies, including China plus some biotech.. Looks like they recently are eager to diversify into mining with interestingly 3 out of 4 holdings all Perth based like Matsa now, referring to Azs 9% shareholding, Bsx 7%m ipt 15% plus one other non-Perth Australian holding in Newfield Nedland, WA, whereever that may be (nwf). Seems like a bit to créate more profits thru diversification
