Austroid also proposed an additional deal to restructure Alita to help win the support of Alita’s administrators McGrath Nicol.
My reading is that Alita loses the Baldhill asset but gets restructured. A shell with some cash to look for another project.
Cowan has also been sold back in October. I wonder where that project will end up?
