Documents are now being uploaded on that web link. I can also confirm that CHE/Austroid have presented an alternative DOCA to the VA as mentioned in the media article.
Unfortunately however, I suspect there is nothing for Alita holders as they will proceed with the original recommendation of nil value for the transfer of shares. I don't think that surprises anyone.
