bald man walking

    Good afternoon DGR fans...

DGR appears to be "bald man walking" at the moment (very thin on top, but very wise). Despite the rush to 45 (yes we have now met the 44 target from the ascending triangle - made it good buying that break of 35 huh?) the offers seem rather timid and not so keen to stand in front of the DGR truck atm.

Usually such rushes of blood are followed, around 5 to 10 minutes later, by a flurry of offers seeking to sell what may be a "spike" or anomaly in the days trade. But this time we are seeing something different. Indeed, buyers (both in numbers and volumes) appear to be following through nicely (its kinda like watching one of those great old matches when Lillee bowled -perfect follow through that always made you want to see what he did with the next delivery).

Of course, we haven't heard from Anduramba yet, but who orders desert when you are still chomping down on a superbly prepared main course. We know the DGR menu is well prepared, and the accompanying beverages (the AusNiCo bubbly, the delicately flavoured Solomon Gold Label, the Eastern U cab sav, and the Mt Isa Metals malt) suitably matched; so why bother the waiter at this point for the creme-de-la-creme when we know full well that the chefs at DGR are delivately preparing the rest of the evening over a hot stove.

Technically DGR remains strong, with my only question being "how high" at this point. In my humblest opinion we are still somewhere between entree and main, so there is plenty left for latecomers. The 47.0 initial target mentioned in previous posts (where wave 5 = wave 1 x 1.618) appears imminent, and our next challenge will come at 50.1 where wave 5 is actually greater than wave 3. Chartists, before you leap up screaming, will note that this cannot happen! What it probably means is that our earlier wave 1-through-3 was actually major 1, which means that we have had a short 2 before commencing major 3. If this is the case (we are yet to confirm it until 50.5 breaks) then major 3 has to be longer than major 1 (which measures 33, from 0.06 to 0.39). Using a base for major 3 of 26, this would put our new target at [least] 0.59 - strangely close to that 60 mark we talked about last week.

Will wait and see how the coming days play out before making a firm call on the charts.

Until then, don't rush the main - enjoy it - the desert can always wait until later...

    Regards
    Kit

    (All personal, humble, uneducated, drivvel).
