    Manny -

the thing is if they are executed for those crimes you listed it's basically an easy way out - and one with the least amount of pain and suffering for them. You kill them bang it's done over in less than a minute. In jail it's the rest of their lives they have to suffer for the crime.

"if someone by chance sold drugs to one of your children or to children that you are close to and those children became addicts from this chance meeting would"

coppashaft it would have to be an influence maintaned on more than one occasion. it doesn't matter how addictive a drug is it doesn't happen on first instance and chance encounter would not inflict this. The individual has to be influenced to keep going back - it's not addiction to start with. Of course there is bad influence and the wrong crowds but many of these kids don't "chance" into drug addiction as many of the familys would prefer to view as opposed to acknowledging weaknesses - people do make their own choices.
