Helen Clarke is quite right. Either you're for capital punishment or you're against. Either you're for State imposed murder or you aren't. You don not make exceptions because the criminal is a foreigner.
I can understand your point of view if you believe in capital punishment but for those who don't then no matter who the crim is, the answer is still no.
Clarke is consistent.
