What like the Iraqi attacks on Iran sponsored by the US.

Yes Saddam may be an evil dictator but there are at least a dozen others, many a lot worse.

There has been no subtantial proof that links Saddam to terrorism, isalmic radicals or that he has weapons of mass destruction that are at a level of concern.

At the same time we are told Iraq and Saddam are evil and need to be destroyed yet Australian is more concerned about losing wheat exports to Iraq and Turkey a US ally is allowing millions of barrels of oil to be carted across its boarders in a black market and against UN sactions. Mean while the Kurds who have suffered the most from Iraq are also consenting to this by allowing the trucks to pass through areas controlled by them and are even profiting from it by taxing each shipment. This is something the US could put a stop to tomorrow if they realy wanted to cripple the country.

There are some valid points for going after Saddam but most of the reasons are a load of US crap which is giving radical Islamic groups that have no direct links to Iraq ammunition to feed off and build up anti American support.
