Are we confident that their was a time limit on a court injunction? From memory someone mentioned it needed to be applied for by Friday past. Has anyone confirmed with NKP?
For me, it's an important part of the jigsaw. Because not applying would indicate either a willingness to continue negotiating, or that their case is weak.
