    Are we sure "H" is off the table now? All the variously re-hashed articles over the weekend just said NKP are considering withdrawing the offer.

    If H is no longer on offer and ARM failed to apply in time for an injunction, then it is a very positive sign for NKP imo. NKP would be smart to announce both facts.
