    *Vucic and Brnabic(PM) create a GREEN FUND for the villagers. Initially $10M euros+ but they are adding more - This is entirely to the villagers discretion on how they use for the environment + themselves. They are sending more $$ adding that money can be used for enviro purposes - wise move
