Ultimately, BMM has the necessary approvals from government, we saw what the SP did in anticipation of good new last year - I imagine what it's going to do once there is good news. This is a +12 month play and even if Rio doesn't get their sign off, there's every chance BMM does. Serbian government can see the market for lithium and it's hard to see them retaliating over the Aus governments poor handling of Novax. Bring on a good press release and watch the SP run.
