I have no problem with JDR doing the demerger they had 4 good projects as it was.
1) Yanamina Gold project (PERU)
2) Tierra Blanca Silver -Zinc-Lead project.(MEXICO)
3) Khartoum Silver-Tin project.(NTH QLD)
4) Weiebene Lithium project (AUSTRIA)
And now the Tin play in Australia (announced 9/8/21) which looks good.
They have retained a 22% interest in Balkan (10m shares) so have skin in the game
JDR are ridiculously cheap the recent c/r was done @ $0.03 with a free option (1 for every 2 shares held) why they have been sold off is a shock to me and are a steal under the c/r price imo.
The board did the right thing this isn't a one trick pony Lithium stocks got belted on Friday although does look only temporary they are looking after the shareholders.
I have no problem with JDR doing the demerger they had 4 good...
