The people working there were born in raised in Brazil (or Chile) and they are the key now or actually if/when they ever get the chance to actually bed everything in and maintain anything resembling consistent production. The guys in Subiaco have next to no influence of bedding in of equipment and running the mine. It just isn't working. Hasn't worked on a small scale and bigger digs = bigger problems. They are so close to going under it is ridiculous. The gold play was only ever supposed to be a little cash spinner to find the iron ore plays... The months are ticking by and still nothing.
