If you read the customer section of the Atlas sight regarding the Balla Balla project. Some future sales agreements appear to be in place.

One of which is to sell 3mta (Iron Ore) to Chengde Iron & Steel which is a producer of Vanadium. I wonder if that 3mta agreement is inclusive of Vanadium content?

If so when the contracts were in place did Aurox know the future value of the Vanadium deposit? and is that factored into the sales agreement?

It does say the 'iron ore price' is negotiated annually, but makes no reference to the vanadium in that.
