AXO are obviously trying to ride on PMAs back. Having followed PMA's development I cannot see how AXO can possibly come on stream by late 2007. They have to build it yet, PMA have a mine nearly ready but requiring further upgrading.
Cost of production from PMA will be low after their refinements.
