    Aussie banks not really involved. Euro and Asian banks are big shipping lender. Think Royal bank of scotland one of the biggies. The price of new ships has dropped 70 pct in 3 months. So for expample buyers financed ships at a cost of usd 80 mill that are noe worth usd 25 mill. And theres a lot of ships on order...lots of defaults etc etc
