The bdi seems to have formed a base on the 20th Oct. The bdi and the copper futures seem to follow each other v closely and therefore we may have seen a base in the price of copper.The stock levels on the LME are still building so a fall in the copper levels would be a confirming positive.The stimulus package from China should get the LME stocks down if the market forces react in a normal way.
