I have never seen so many ships for so long just sitting in our bay so made some enquiries to port employees and was told they have no other contracts and it is cheaper for them to anchor off our port than to dock anywhere. Some are even anchoring further out to sea to avoid the daily charge for anchoring in the bay. Seamisty
